CleanProxies provides residential, datacenter, and mobile proxy infrastructure for lawful use cases such as market research, ad verification, brand protection, and automated testing. Features, availability, and pool composition may change over time as we improve the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable law
• Commit fraud, credential stuffing, or account takeover attacks
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any network or service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found in violation of this policy, without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cleanproxies.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our published refund policy at the time of purchase.

We strive to maintain high uptime and performance, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and scheduled maintenance or third-party network conditions may temporarily affect availability.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with CleanProxies are the property of CleanProxies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
